• Internal record-keeping and administration such as providing course materials, invoicing, certification. Emergency details to assist us in the case of an emergency situation whilst on a training course
• For newsletter subscribers we may send newsletters via email about new projects, special offers or other information which we think you may find interesting

For individuals enrolled on courses and trainings, emergency information such as special needs and contact details of yourself and an emergency contact may be passed on to the responsible tutor in order to keep you as safe as possible in the event of an emergency.
